THE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS ARE NOT OBSTACLES FOR THE SUCCESSFUL CAREER

The official ceremony for closing “Let’s challenge the limits” project as well as the first exhibition in Azerbaijan “Careers without restrictions” have been taken place in Baku. The exhibition was held under the motto of “The physical limits are not an obstacle for a successful career”.

The organizers of the exhibition were “Bank of Baku”, as well as “Fireworks HRM” and “Hilton Baku”.  According to Nigar Tahirova, Director of Advertising and Public Relations Department at “Bank of Baku”, this exhibition was organized with an aim of assisting 40 participants within “Let’s challenge the limits” project in search of work. As part of this project, within 1 month trainings were conducted on management of social networks, blogging, network administration and organization of the information centers topics. N. Tahirova noted that the Bank, undertaking such a difficult and responsible mission has fulfilled it successfully and she expressed confidence that the graduates of the training group will find a proper job in a short time.

Elchin Isayev, the Chairman of the Supervision Board, Eldar Alimuradov, Director of Operations department at “Hilton Baku” Hotel and other guests, who have expressed their ideas at this exhibition have noted the importance of similar projects, which will be implemented in the future in other cities.

After presenting certificates to the project participants, the official opening ceremony of “Careers without restrictions” exhibition has started. The exhibition was attended by 30 local and international business representatives (including “Coca-Cola”, “Hilton” hotel, “Jumeirah”, “Formula 1 - Baku Grand Prix”, as well as a number of major banks, insurance companies, supermarket chains, mobile operators, and others). During this exhibition various project participants have received job proposal.
