Inclusive Education Training

The training was conducted by Diane Richler, Chair of the International Disability Alliance (IDA) and Past-President of Inclusion International.  As part of the three day training, the trainers representing Caucasian civil society organizations addressing issues of inclusion learned the particulars of the United Nation’s Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD), discussed alternative reports submitted by countries especially Armenia, mastered techniques in tackling issues of children with disabilities in schools and formulated a model on influencing the formulation of public policy and legislation in their respective countries.
