WEB-PORTAL WWW.GANATLDI.GE

The Youth Conference "Society for a Better Future" was held on  January 31, 2018. It was a closing ceremony for the project “School Youth Networks of Collaboration for Sustainable and Effective Solutions” (SYNCS). The project started in 2016, was funded by the European Union and implemented by the World Vision Georgia with partner organizations, among them the Civic Development Institute (CDI).

The conference presented the project outcomes, piloted models and successful cases to government officials, donor organizations and to other interested stakeholders. The goal of the conference was to report on the results of the project, present successful models, and offer  tested  examples to the officials , donor organizations and other interested parties.

One of the notable outcomes of the project was the creation and launching of a web-portal WWW.GANATLDI.GE, which in translation from Georgian means “become educated”.

This portal is unique – its goal is to help pupils, schools, universities, students, professors, teachers, parents, clubs, associations and others to come together  online and effectively exchange information  in the field of education. Registration on the portal is free.   The portal  gives lots of opportunities, such as sharing information on upcoming events, conferences or discussions; placing announcements by organizations and teacher, on  training courses; recourses can be uploaded and shared with every user of the web-site. Segments as well as subject of interest can be filtered for user’s comfort.

Ganatldi.ge is designed for people and organizations that are:

• Willing to get educated;
• Creating opportunities in the field education, including educational resources;
• Are looking for partners in educational projects;
• Are interested to share their educational activities with others.

Ganatldi.ge is a democratic online space that facilitates the development of education opportunities in Georgia.
